Every game has one puzzle a day. It resets at midnight where you are. Finish it to add a day to that game's streak. Miss a day and a free freeze each week keeps your streak alive.
Your progress lives in this browser. There is nothing to sign up for. If you clear your browser data, your streaks go with it.
